Gift Vouchers FAQ
Buying Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be bought just like any other item in our shop. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your Gift Voucher Account. You can check your balance through a link on the My Account page.
Sending Gift Vouchers
If you wish, you can send a Gift Voucher as soon as you have purchased it once the checkout process has been completed. Alternatively, the funds can be stored in your Gift Voucher Account for future use.
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can send a Gift Voucher through a link on the My Account page. You will be asked for the name and email address of the recipient, and the amount you wish to send. You can also include a short message if you wish.
Buying with Gift Vouchers
If you have money in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use it to purchase items in our shop. At the checkout stage, you will be notified of your Gift Voucher Account balance and asked to enter the amount you wish to use.
If there is a balance payable, you will need to enter credit card details at the next step.
If there is a balance remaining, this will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for use at a future date.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email, it will contain details of who sent it to you and possibly a short message from them. It will also contain a Gift Voucher Code. We recommend that you print out the email for future reference.
You can redeem the Gift Voucher by clicking on a link contained in the email, which will take you to our log in page.
