How to Shop

We hope that you enjoy browsing in our shop. We have made every effort to give the most accurate product details and pictures and we hope that you love your products when they arrive.

 

We have a no quibble refund or replacement policy should you wish to return an item.

 

When you see something that you want to buy, please make your selections in the options boxes (if any) and confirm the quantity. You can then choose to go to the checkout or continue shopping. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide contact details, a delivery address and choose your preferred shipping method.

 

Transactions are in Pounds Sterling and are processed securely by our Nochex Merchant Account (the payment will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "Nochex") or by PayPal. Alternatively, you can telephone us on +44 (0)1869 340 479 to reserve goods and send us a cheque.

 

If your goods are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, and this will be confirmed by email. For UK orders, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Orders sent abroad may take a little longer. For most UK orders placed before 1pm, we can offer a Next Day Delivery Service.

 

Postage & Packing

 

Our aim is to keep your delivery charge to a minimum and it is calculated on weight. The options available to you will appear at the checkout and you can choose your preferred delivery method. We also deliver outside the UK and have a flat rate option of £30.00 - we expect to be able to deliver most orders to most places for this amount. If the order is very large or heavy, we may need to get in touch with you to sort out the best option.

 

BFPO Addresses

 

We are delighted to deliver to BFPO addresses. Please email or call us to arrange this.

 

VAT

 

Retail prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. Please note that orders sent outside the EU may attract import duty and local sales taxes.

 

Returns Policy

 

We hope that you love your new purchases. However, if you are not completely happy or have changed your mind, please return the goods to us within 28 days, enclosing a note giving the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. For your own security, we suggest that you obtain a (free) Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

 

In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product and postage. In the case of unfaulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only. Please return all goods unused and in their original packaging. Please send returns to:
