Delivery & Returns
We hope that you enjoy browsing in our shop. We have made every effort to give the most accurate product details and pictures and we hope that you love your products when they arrive. Transactions are in Pounds Sterling and are processed securely by our Nochex Merchant Account (the payment will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "Nochex") or by PayPal. Alternatively, you can telephone us on +44 (0)1869 340 479 to reserve goods and send us a cheque. If your goods are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours and this will be confirmed by email. For most UK orders placed before 12pm on working days, we offer a Next Day Delivery Service, for delivery on the next working day. Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and us takes place on dispatch.
Postage & packing
Our aim is to keep your postage & packing charge to a minimum. We offer a flat rate of £3.95 for UK deliveries, estimated to take 3-5 days. This is usually a standard courier delivery service. Due to the special nature of our products, increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control there may be occasional times when longer delivery times occur. We will do our best to accommodate special delivery requests and items can often be left in a safe place. If you require a more secure signed for service, please select the Special Delivery option. We are delighted to deliver to BFPO addresses.
We offer giftwrapping for £3.95. This includes wrapping paper and a giftcard with the recipient's name and who the gift is from. You can also put your own wording in the comments box at the checkout.
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. Please note that orders sent outside the EU may attract import duty and local sales taxes. These charges are beyond our control and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt to arrange to return it for an exchange or refund. Items should be returned unused and in saleable condition, in their original packaging to the address below, within 14 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or accept returns for items that have been used, soiled, dismantled or partially constructed (such as Normann Copenhagen lights). Please include a note giving the reason for the return and your original invoice. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage or use a trackable service for your own security. Return postage will only be paid for faulty items.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
